Parking 

At Lealands parking is opposite Aldi supermarket. once you have parked, follow the path around past the astro turf and head over to the sport centre

 

Arrival

Our friendly Customer Ambassadors will be around to welcome you to our swimming lessons. They will allow you to go through to the swimming pool 5 minutes before the lesson starts if it is your turn to spectate.

On the wall by the shallow end there are collection points at the beginning of the lesson your child should go and stand by the teacher collection point which is up on the wall.

Changing Facilities

There are changing rooms at this venue which are split into male and female change. Boys and girls over 8 years old should change in the appropriate changing room. Children 8 and under should use suitable to the adult accompanying them.

Spectating 

Due to the amount of lessons going on spectating will be every other week. You will be informed by the front desk team whether is your turn to spectate or not. If it is not your week to spectate you will be guided onto poolside to the collection point.

For everyone’s safety and cleanliness, we kindly ask all spectators, parents/guardians and siblings to remove their shoes before entering the poolside area. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and safe for all swimmers.

 

Our venues operate on a strict no phones on poolside policy and kindly ask you to leave poolside if you need to use your phone.

To help your child get the most out of their lesson, we kindly ask that parents avoid interrupting the class once it has started. This allows the teacher to maintain focus and ensures all swimmers stay engaged and safe throughout the lesson. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak with us before or after the lesson—thank you for your understanding and support!

 

If parents are not spectating, we kindly ask that you return to poolside 5 minutes before the end of the lesson via the same entrance. Your child will the be brought over by their swim teacher at the end of their lesson.
