Parking

When you arrive, enter the school via the entrance on De Parys Avenue and parking is located on the left.

Arrival

The changing room at this pool are split into male and female. If your swimmer is older than 8 they will go in the changing room required to them, and if your swimmer is 8 and under they will go in the changing room suitable to the adult.

Spectating

Parents/guardians can spectate on poolside throughout the lesson, we do ask that only 1 adult per swimmer attends the lessons. 

For everyone’s safety and cleanliness, we kindly ask all spectators, parents/guardians and siblings to remove their shoes before entering the poolside area. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and safe for all swimmers.

Our venues operate on a strict no phones on poolside policy and kindly ask you to leave poolside if you need to use your phone.

To help your child get the most out of their lesson, we kindly ask that parents avoid interrupting the class once it has started. This allows the teacher to maintain focus and ensures all swimmers stay engaged and safe throughout the lesson. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak with us before or after the lesson—thank you for your understanding and support!

 

If parents are not spectating, we kindly ask that you return to poolside 5 minutes before the end of the lesson via the same entrance. Your child will the be brought over by their swim teacher at the end of their lesson.
