Arrival

Enter via the main children's entrance, the door will be opened by a member of the Swift Swimmers team 5 minutes prior to the start of each lesson. Once on poolside, ensure your swimmers stands by the collection point with their swimmers name on it.

Spectating

Parents can spectate on poolside every third week. On the weeks parents aren't on poolside there are windows around poolside which enables you to watch your swimmers from outside.

For everyone’s safety and cleanliness, we kindly ask all spectators, parents/guardians and siblings to remove their shoes before entering the poolside area. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean and safe for all swimmers.

 

Our venues operate on a strict no phones on poolside policy and kindly ask you to leave poolside if you need to use your phone. 

 

To help your child get the most out of their lesson, we kindly ask that parents avoid interrupting the class once it has started. This allows the teacher to maintain focus and ensures all swimmers stay engaged and safe throughout the lesson. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak with us before or after the lesson—thank you for your understanding and support!

 

If parents are not spectating, we kindly ask that you return to poolside 5 minutes before the end of the lesson via the same entrance. Your child will the be brought over by their swim teacher at the end of their lesson.
