Parking 
Arriving at Lady Zia School Stopsley, you can park in the school car park, please do not enter the car park before 3:50pm. If we can please request that no smoking or vaping takes place in the car parking area.

Arrival
Our friendly Customer Ambassadors will be around to welcome you to our swimming lessons. They will allow you to go through to the swimming pool 5 minutes before the lesson starts if it is your turn to spectate. On the wall by the shallow end there are collection points at the beginning of the lesson your child should go and stand by the teacher collection point which is up on the wall.

Changing Facilities
​Lady Zia has a boys and girls changing room. Boys and girls eight years and over should change in the appropriate gender change. Swimmers under the age of eight should change in the changing room suitable to the adult accompanying them.
We do encourage that all swimmers arrive at the pool swim ready, with their swimwear under their clothing. This helps with congestion in the changing area and ensures that lessons start promptly.

Spectating 

Parents/guardians can spectate on poolside throughout the lesson, we do ask that only 1 adult per swimmer attends the lessons.

Our venues operate on a strict no phones on poolside policy and kindly ask you to leave poolside if you need to use your phone.

To help your child get the most out of their lesson, we kindly ask that parents avoid interrupting the class once it has started. This allows the teacher to maintain focus and ensures all swimmers stay engaged and safe throughout the lesson. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak with us before or after the lesson—thank you for your understanding and support!

 

If parents are not spectating, we kindly ask that you return to poolside 5 minutes before the end of the lesson via the same entrance. Your child will the be brought over by their swim teacher at the end of their lesson.
